Leading Edge Flight Training Ltd

Leading Edge Flight Training (LEFT) is a flight school at Glasgow International Airport, on Walkinshaw Road near Paisley. It also operates from Cumbernauld Airport. Its instructors include current and retired airline training captains, former military pilots and career instructors.

Courses range from the LAPL and a 45-hour PPL course to the Night Rating, Instrument Rating and a full-time zero to CPL ME(IR) course, with ATPL ground school. Training uses Piper Tomahawk and Arrow and Cessna 172 aircraft, and qualified pilots can hire aircraft or build hours. A simulator is also available.

Trial flying lessons from Glasgow Airport are popular. Helicopter training, charter and tours are offered through partner sites.
