Made to order

Every item in the AviatorFinds Shop is produced to order by our print partner. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is handed to the carrier.

Delivery times

After production, delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination country. Transit times vary by country and are not guaranteed, and they can be longer during busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes

If your order is shipped from a country other than your own, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking stops updating or your parcel has not arrived within 30 days (UK, US and EU addresses) or 45 days (other international addresses) of shipping, please email us at [email protected] with your order number within 7 days after that. Please check your address and ask your local post office first, as parcels are sometimes held for collection. If a parcel is confirmed lost and the address was correct, we will send a free replacement or refund you, in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders go into production quickly and can’t be changed once production starts, so email us straight away if you spot a mistake. We can’t offer a free replacement or refund for parcels lost or returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, but we’ll explain the options, which may include sending it again at your cost.
