Active Edge

Active Edge Airsports is a paragliding and paramotoring school in the Yorkshire Dales, with its contact address in Settle. It has been registered with the British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (BHPA) since 1991.

The school teaches paragliding from first lessons through to qualified pilot, with theory and cross-country coaching, and also offers paramotor tuition. It runs flying holidays as well. Instructor Jordan holds a Master’s degree in aeronautical engineering and worked in the industry before flying full time. He trained under Dean Crosby, a multiple British paragliding champion.

Gift vouchers are available for anyone who wants to give someone a start in free flying.
