Overview
KLM UK Engineering Limited is an aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul company on Liberator Road at Norwich International Airport in Norfolk. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of KLM.
Its base maintenance work covers the Boeing 737 Classic, NG, BBJ and MAX, along with the Embraer 170 and 190. The company has six fully equipped base maintenance bays across three hangars, and its services include C and D checks, modifications, entry into service and end-of-lease programmes.
A newer workshop facility handles CNC milling, structural and composite repairs, trim, paint and component repair. Line maintenance is offered at stations across the UK, along with support for airlines starting up new stations.
KLM UK Engineering also runs a Part 147 technical training college, offering basic and type training to airlines and education providers worldwide through classroom, online or hybrid learning. It runs an aircraft engineering apprenticeship programme too.
Tooling is available for loan for the BAe 146/RJ, Embraer 170/190 and all Boeing 737 series. Enquiries go to its sales and marketing team, with a separate contact for careers and vacancies.
