Overview
Larchfield Aerospace & Graphics Ltd designs and produces aircraft liveries, markings, placards and MRO consumables. It works from Unit 15, Trade Park, Ingot Way, Tonbridge, and has been in the business since 1995. The company is an approved Part 21G production organisation and works for airlines, lessors, aircraft manufacturers and MROs worldwide.
For liveries, Larchfield offers printed vinyl wraps, livery transitions, flying billboards, special decal wraps and paint projects using its own masks and stencils. Printed decals allow complex fades and photographic detail that would be hard to paint. Its project management team takes a rebranding project from early design and 3D rendering through to installation, and it can blank out white tails between operators.
On markings, it produces interior and exterior placards, technical markings, Braille and galley placards, photoluminescent and exit signs, metal identification plates, cargo bay markings, flags and registrations, supplied as kits for each aircraft. It provides Part 21 design data with EASA Form 1 certification, and supplies MRO consumables and window blanks. It also installs Sharkskin riblet film, which reduces drag.
The website has a gallery of past projects, including a livery concept for the FIFA World Cup.
