Aerospheres (UK)

Aerospheres (UK) supplies aerospace consumables, chemicals and materials from a warehouse at Prologis Park, Green Lane, in Hemel Hempstead. It has been trading since 1990, and says more than 800 airlines and maintenance organisations around the world use it for materials, with same-day or next-day delivery available.

The online shop is organised into adhesives, cargo liners, cleaners, composites, general consumables, floorboards, lubricants, paints, sealants and tapes. Paint brands include AkzoNobel (with its Aerodur, Aviox and Eclipse ranges), PPG, Mankiewicz, Alexit and Sherwin-Williams. Adhesives and sealants include products from 3M, Henkel, Loctite and Solvay. Items with a limited shelf life are listed with their expiry date, and some are offered at reduced prices before they expire. Stock is held in both the UK and the US.

Alongside product sales, Aerospheres provides fleet maintenance support for airlines and MROs. Services include airside delivery of parts direct to the flight line in the UK, 24/7 AOG support for urgent orders, inventory and stock management, custom repacking into smaller quantities, sourcing of hard-to-find materials, and consignment stock programmes.
