Hollygate Aircraft Components is a precision machining company on Albert Street in Stockport and part of the Hyde Group. Since 2006 it has machined safety-critical components for aerospace and defence customers.

The company specialises in hard-metal machining, especially titanium, and also handles prismatic parts in softer metals. Its production runs on 15 CNC machine tools with three, four and five-axis capability, all with automatic tool changers and multi-pallet capacity. Alongside planned production contracts, Hollygate takes on AOG, urgent operational requirement (UOR) and fast-track jobs for customers who need a part quickly.

Within the Hyde Group, Hollygate sits alongside several sister businesses. Hyde Group Engineering provides design and analysis of aircraft structures, systems and interiors, modifications and certification, technical publications and compliance checking for the aerospace, defence and nuclear industries. Victoria Production Engineering produces multi-axis mill-turned components in small and large batches. Crest Engineering and Manchester Precision Engineering handle larger machining, assembly and testing work, and Manchester Precision has one of the largest machining capacities in the UK, with machines able to take parts up to 12 metres long.
