Devon & Somerset Flight Training

Devon & Somerset Flight Training is a flying school at Dunkeswell Aerodrome near Honiton in East Devon. Dunkeswell is a busy general aviation airfield used by both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters.

Training uses Cessna 152 and 172 aircraft and a Piper PA-28. Courses cover the LAPL, NPPL and PPL, the Night Rating and IMC, the Instrument Rating and support for students on the commercial pilot route, with ground school included. The school says the relatively quiet airspace of South West England suits students learning to fly.

Trial flights, scenic experience flights and gift vouchers are available for newcomers and as presents.
