Aeroschool Flight Training

Aeroschool’s Teesside base trains pilots at Teesside International Airport, near Darlington. Students learn in controlled airspace with full air traffic services, while the North York Moors and the coast are a short flight away.

Teesside is one of four Aeroschool locations, with the others at Humberside Airport, Breighton Airfield and Manchester Barton. The shared fleet includes Piper PA-28 Warriors, Cessna 150 and 172 trainers and a Tecnam P2006T twin. Training covers the LAPL, NPPL and PPL, Night and IMC ratings, Instrument Rating, multi-engine rating and CPL, with ATPL theory for future airline pilots.

Qualified pilots can hire aircraft. Scenic flights and gift vouchers are available for people who want to try flying first.
