FRM Aviation Services Ltd is an engine inspection and management company in Rixton, near Warrington in Cheshire. It holds UK and EASA Part 145 approvals (UK.145.01447 and EASA.UK.145.01447) and FAA repair station certification (FRMY624D).

The company runs four teams of engine inspectors with more than 70 years of combined borescope experience. Each team’s lead inspector is also a B1/C licensed engineer. Its approval covers classic engines including the CFM56, IAE V2500, Trent series, CF6 and PW4000, and newer engines including the Trent XWB, Trent 1000, CFM LEAP-1A and -1B and PW1100G. It uses GE Mentor Visual iQ borescope equipment for all inspections.

FRM also offers independent engine management for lessors, operators and asset owners, drawing on powerplant experience in a mixed-fleet airline. Services include shop visit management, back-to-birth tracing of life-limited parts, engine health monitoring, invoice review, pre-purchase inspections, records and AD/SB reviews, lease transitions and end-of-life management.
