Global Air Training

Global Air Training is an aviation human factors training company in Burwardsley, near Chester. It has been running since 1996 and holds ISO 9001 certification.

Its courses cover crew resource management (CRM), human factors and human reliability for pilots, cabin crew, engineers and managers, including maintenance human factors for hangar staff. It also trains CRM and human factors instructors. The company says it has worked with more than 1,000 organisations. Its methods are also used outside aviation, including by more than 100 NHS trusts.

It does not teach people to fly. It is a professional training provider for aviation organisations and safety-critical industries.
