ILA Berlin is Germany’s international aerospace exhibition, held every two years at the ExpoCenter Airport next to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The 2028 show runs from Wednesday 17 to Sunday 21 May. The opening days are for trade visitors, with Airbus, the German armed forces, the space industry and hundreds of suppliers on show, and the event is known for its strong focus on defence, space and future propulsion. The last days are opened to the public, with flying displays, a big static park and plenty aimed at families and young people thinking about aerospace careers. The 2026 edition set a record for exhibitors, and the organisers have already opened registration of interest for 2028. Getting there is easy: special trains and shuttle buses usually run from Berlin and the airport stations. Tickets will go on sale through the official site.
